BBBRadar is a small standalone desktop flight tracker — a radar that shows real aircraft near you in real time, on a glowing round display. No phone, no app, no subscription — just plug it in.
What it does
BBBRadar pulls live flight data over your WiFi and plots real aircraft flying near your home — their position, type, route and altitude — on a sweeping radar display. It updates every 30 seconds and shows the nearest aircraft, so at a glance you can see that Airbus, Cessna or glider passing overhead. Airliners show where they've come from and where they're heading; small planes and helicopters often don't file a route, so those show type and altitude only. It's the flight radar you'd normally pull up on your phone, turned into an ambient object that just sits on your desk and does its thing.

This is one of those gadgets that is so much more than a 5 minute wonder - you’ll be glued to it! The device is nicely made and easy to set up, plus, recent enhancements mean it shows even more information about individual aircraft. Can’t recommend this device highly enough - so much long lasting fun for so little money, an excellent gadget with excellent support.
